  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cans Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in minced garlic for an additional minute.
  2. Add drained pinto beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Mix well and let simmer for about five minutes.
