  • 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 cup Cooked Stuffing
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/4 cup Turkey Broth
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Sage
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked stuffing, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, egg, broth, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a baking pan or on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. For the glaze, mix cranberry sauce, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  5. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for about 60 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
