  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and generously brush half of the glaze over the fillets.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes, then remove from oven and brush on the remaining glaze. Return to oven for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
