  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • ¼ tsp salt (for frosting)
  • 2 ½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and nutmeg.
