  • 1/4 cup dry white apple vinegar or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
