1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice until combined.
Marinate the cubed chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 15 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook skewers for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
Let rest before serving; garnish with extra parsley or Parmesan if desired.
