  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, blotted

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

  5. Gently fold in flour and baking soda until just mixed.

  7. Drop dough onto prepared cookie sheet about two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  9. Cool on the sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
