  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls, reserving the icing for later, and cut each roll into four pieces.
  3. In a large resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal the bag, and shake until coated.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and melted butter until well combined.
  5. Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the prepared bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  7. Let cool for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  8. Stir remaining pumpkin spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread just before serving.
