  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (for streusel)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (optional for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened soy milk (optional for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional for glaze)

Instructions
