  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
