  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then gently fold in whipped topping. Spread over chilled crust.
