  • 1 small onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup crispy cooked turkey bacon
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat sauce by browning ground beef in a skillet, then adding onions, garlic, turkey bacon, marinara sauce, and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. For the béchamel sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour and milk until thickened. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, noodles, béchamel sauce, mozzarella, and cheddar. Repeat layers.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
