  • 3 1/2 cups of cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
