  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
  4. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13-inch dish, followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture, finishing with another layer of crackers.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the top layer of crackers and smooth out.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
