  • 12 ounces milk chocolate, melted
  • Cinnamon sugar for topping

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and eggs; mix well.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and spices. Gradually combine with the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into pumpkin shapes using a cookie cutter. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
