1.25 lbs Ground Turkey (93% lean or leaner)
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs (plain)
1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
1/4 tsp Salt
4 Burger Buns
As needed Lettuce
As needed Tomato (sliced)
As needed Onion (sliced)
As needed Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
