  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 Jalapenos (finely diced, seeds removed for less heat optional)
  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, finely diced jalapenos, and crumbled bacon (plant-based alternative if desired) until well combined.
  2. Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down and evenly distribute half of the cheese mixture on each slice. Top with remaining bread slices butter-side up.
