2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
