  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 jar vegan marshmallows creme
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared sheets about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set; cool on wire racks.
  5. For frosting, beat butter until creamy; add powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and fold in vegan marshmallows creme until smooth.
  6. For ganache, microwave heavy cream over chocolate chips for about 45 seconds; whisk until smooth.
