  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil (if using), pepper, and salt. Mix gently and form into small meatballs.
  3. Sear meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes until browned.
