  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In another bowl, mix sliced peaches with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla; set aside.
