Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by dissolving it with honey in warm water; let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Combine the flour, salt, and olive oil with the yeast mixture to form a sticky dough. Cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon risen dough into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; rotate halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
