  • 6 cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (28 oz, undrained)
  • 1 cup Kale (chopped, stems removed)
  • 1 cup Cannellini Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated, plus more for serving)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (chopped, for garnish)
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Black Pepper
