  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 12 Slider Buns
  • 6 slices Cheddar Cheese (cut into quarters)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Shape the mixture into 12 equal patties.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and brush with melted butter, sprinkling everything bagel seasoning on top.
  5. Cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, adding cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and topping with bacon and BBQ sauce.
  7. Broil briefly for extra crispiness before serving.
