  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool completely.
  7. Spread vegan marshmallow crème on top of the cooled base.
  8. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil; pour over the marshmallow layer and spread evenly.
