  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil, then sauté green beans for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a bowl; pour over the mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
