  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat in olive oil for about 6-8 minutes until tender.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Hollow out Kaiser rolls to create bread bowls.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside each roll.
  5. Toast the rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
