  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef (7–8 minutes). Season with Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
