  • 1 lb Chicken breast (cut into slices)
  • 8 slices Italian bread (thick-cut)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp Dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes or pan-fry for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley; spread on one side of each bread slice.
  5. Toast the bread for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Assemble by placing cooked chicken on four slices of toasted bread and topping with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Complete each sandwich with another slice of toasted bread and serve immediately.
