  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies (unwrapped)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and then stir in the mini vegan marshmallows until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispie cereal until coated. Press firmly into the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle salted peanuts over the Rice Krispie layer.
  5. In another saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream over medium heat; pour over peanuts.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and pour over the caramel layer; spread evenly.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
