  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of garlic salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil lightly salted water in a large pot and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until crumbly. Drain excess fat.
